INC:ubate is my final university project.  It is again set in Morley.  INC:ubate allows small start-up businesses a networking facility, a place to call an office, hold meetings, invite customers to, exhibit work and get help from professional advisers.


INC:ubate also has a social benefit for Morley, bringing  the community together as it plays home to the new Library, Lecture Theatre, WiFi Cafe, Morley FM broadcasting Studio, and the news desk for the Morley Observer newspaper.


The building would be the kernel that injects investment into Morley, bringing activity and interest back into the town during working hours, and by reintroducing a formal pedestrian zone and new Town Square,  reconnect the Imposing architecture of the imposing Town Hall with the people it governs.
